Delivery information
We deliver to UK mainland addresses using DPD’s tracked next working day service.
Delivery cost
Standard delivery to a UK mainland address is £5.95 ex VAT per order.
Heavy items, such as cases of cans and bottles, may carry an extra charge based on weight. If your order needs one, we’ll contact you to confirm it before we dispatch.
When your order will arrive
Orders placed before 9am, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 9am, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
If an item needs restocking, your order may take 2–5 working days. If you need something by a particular date, email sales@sweetie-treats.com before ordering and we’ll check stock for you.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, DPD will send you a text or email with a one-hour delivery window and a tracking link. Please make sure your mobile number and email address are correct at checkout.
Packing
Every order is packed in double-walled boxes with protective packing to keep your goods safe in transit.
Chocolate in hot weather
Chocolate can soften in transit during hot weather. In a heatwave we may hold back chocolate orders for a day or two until temperatures drop. We’ll always let you know first.
Large orders and pallets
For large orders, pallet delivery is often the most cost-effective option. Call or email us with what you need and we’ll give you a delivery price before you commit.
Outside the UK mainland
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands or overseas, please email sales@sweetie-treats.com for a quote before ordering.
Failed deliveries
If DPD can’t deliver your order and it’s returned to us through no fault of ours, we’ll refund the cost of the goods less our standard delivery charge, or re-send it for a further delivery charge.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing items within 48 hours. See our Returns Policy for how to report a problem.
